No credit inquiry at intake
Submitting an application to see if you qualify does not trigger a credit inquiry, and applying is free. Fees apply only later — a $499 setup fee after you qualify, and a one-month placement fee after your apartment is approved.

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Uploaded identification is used solely for identity verification.
