This Refund Policy explains how fees work in our second chance housing program and what is and isn't refundable. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Applying is always free
Submitting an application to find out if you qualify carries no charge and no credit inquiry. You are never asked for payment to apply, and nothing is charged unless you qualify and choose to move forward.
$499 setup fee
If you qualify and decide to proceed, a one-time setup fee of $499 begins your placement and covers the work of preparing and submitting your corporate lease application. Because this work starts immediately, the setup fee is non-refundable once paid, except where a refund is required by law.
- If we determine after payment that we cannot work to place you at all, the $499 setup fee is refunded in full.
- If you change your mind before any placement work has begun, contact us — we will review your request and, at our discretion, may issue a partial refund.
Placement fee
After your chosen apartment is approved, a placement fee equal to one month's rent is due at lease signing. The placement fee is only ever charged once an apartment has been approved for you. If no apartment is approved, no placement fee is charged. Once a lease has been signed, the placement fee is non-refundable.

To request a refund or ask a question about a charge, contact us at Leasing@luxecorporateliving.info or (415) 404-7112. We respond to refund requests within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
