These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Luxe Corporate Living website and second chance housing program. By submitting an application or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Our service
Luxe Corporate Living helps renters who face barriers such as bad credit, evictions, or bankruptcy obtain housing by applying for and signing apartment leases under our corporate account. You select the community you want, and we work to place you as the named occupant. We do not guarantee approval at any specific property; approval depends on the property and the accuracy of the information you provide.
Qualification and fees
- Applying is free. Submitting an application to see if you qualify carries no charge and no credit inquiry.
- $499 setup fee — when you qualify. If you qualify and choose to proceed, a one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $499 begins your placement.
- Placement fee — when approved. After your chosen apartment is approved, a placement fee equal to one month's rent is due at lease signing. There is no monthly markup on your rent.
All fees are disclosed before you are charged. Once paid, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and valid identification, to pay rent and comply with the lease at your chosen property, and to use the site lawfully. Providing false information may result in denial and forfeiture of fees paid.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Corporate Living is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us.
