Housing After Homelessness

Working, But Without a Home? Your Address Isn't What We Screen.

Thousands of working people sleep in shelters, vehicles, motels, and on friends' couches — not because they can't pay rent, but because tenant screening flags an eviction, a credit score, or a missing rental history and ends the conversation. Our corporate lease changes whose record gets reviewed: Luxe Corporate Living applies under our established company account, the property evaluates our 10+ years of corporate credit, and you move into a 12-month lease as the official named occupant.

Check If You Qualify — Free I'm a Case Manager
✓ Shelter, motel, or vehicle address OK ✓ No rental history required ✓ Evictions accepted ✓ SSI / SSDI / VA income counts ✓ All 50 states
One honest requirement: you need steady income — typically about three times the monthly rent of the unit you choose — because the rent is real and we never place anyone into a lease they can't sustain. If income isn't in place yet, dial 211 for your local housing crisis line (emergency shelter, rapid re-housing, employment programs), and come back to us the moment it is.
Who This Pathway Serves

Housed Income, Unhoused Address

Living in a Motel or Extended Stay

Paying weekly rates that exceed apartment rent because screening keeps saying no. Moving clients from hotels into 12-month leases is one of our most common placements.

✓ Qualifies with income

Staying in a Shelter or Transitional Housing

Employed, saving, and ready — but every application dies at the screening step. Your shelter address is never part of our file.

✓ Qualifies with income

Sleeping in a Vehicle

Working full-time and living in your car while applications get denied on credit or an old eviction. We screen neither.

✓ Qualifies with income

Doubled Up With Family or Friends

Couch-surfing with no lease in your name means no rental history — which most screening treats the same as bad history. Ours doesn't.

✓ Qualifies with income

Fleeing an Unsafe Situation

Leaving quickly often means a broken lease and a screening flag. We accept broken leases and work at your pace, confidentially.

✓ Qualifies with income

Fixed-Income Renters

SSI, SSDI, VA benefits, pensions, and child support count as income here. Consistent deposits matter more than the source.

How It Works

From Application to Keys — Usually One to Three Weeks

01

Pre-Qualify in 60 Seconds — No Credit Check

Tell us your income and the city you want. Pay stubs, benefit award letters, or bank statements showing consistent deposits all work. Decisions within one business day, and the $99 application fee is only charged after you're confirmed eligible.

02

Choose Any Apartment Community

Not a "homeless housing" list — any market-rate community you want, in any of our markets or all 50 states. We submit the application under our corporate account; the property never sees a shelter address, an eviction, or a credit score.

03

Move In on a 12-Month Lease

You're the official named occupant paying standard market rent directly to the property. A real lease, a real address for work and school, and twelve months of stability to rebuild on.

Every fee, upfront: $99 application fee at pre-qualification · $400 admin fee paid to the property at selection · one month's rent service fee at lease signing. No monthly premium on your rent, ever. Agency move-in assistance funds may cover some or all of these — see below.
For Case Managers & Housing Navigators

A Placement Tool That Doesn't Require Recruiting Landlords

If you run rapid re-housing, diversion, or employment-first caseloads, your hardest problem isn't funding — it's finding a landlord who'll say yes to a client with an eviction and no rental history. Our corporate lease removes that negotiation entirely: your client picks any community, we get the approval, and your program funds go toward move-in costs instead of incentive payments to reluctant landlords.

How agency referrals work

Send your client's income documentation and target city to Leasing@luxecorporateliving.info or call (415) 404-7112. We pre-qualify within one business day and keep you copied at every step through move-in. We accept fee payment directly from agencies — rapid re-housing, ESG, and charitable move-in assistance funds routinely cover costs structured exactly like ours.

Who refers clients to us

Social workers and case managers at shelters and transitional programs, housing navigators in coordinated entry systems, veteran service officers, hospital discharge planners, domestic violence advocates, workforce development programs, and reentry organizations. If your client has steady income and a screening barrier, this pathway fits.

Honest Answers

Questions We're Asked Most

I'm homeless but working. Can I really get approved for an apartment?
Yes — if you have steady, verifiable income, your current living situation does not disqualify you. A shelter address, a motel, a vehicle, or staying with friends is not part of our screening. We sign the lease under our corporate account, so the property never reviews your rental history or credit.
How much income do I need?
Most clients qualify with steady monthly income of roughly three times the rent of the unit they choose. W-2 paychecks, 1099 and gig income, SSI/SSDI, VA benefits, and child support can all count — bank statements showing consistent deposits work where pay stubs don't exist.
What does the program cost, and can an agency pay it?
Every fee is published upfront: a $99 application fee, a $400 admin fee paid to the property, and a one-time service fee of one month's rent at lease signing. Rapid re-housing, ESG, and charitable move-in assistance funds routinely cover deposits and fees like these — we work with case managers and accept agency payment directly.
I'm a case manager or housing navigator. How does a referral work?
Email Leasing@luxecorporateliving.info or call (415) 404-7112 with your client's income documentation and target city. We pre-qualify within one business day, your client chooses any apartment community, and we submit the corporate application — no landlord recruitment, no unit-by-unit negotiation, and a 12-month lease your client holds as the named occupant.
What if I don't have income right now?
Our program requires steady income because the rent is real and ongoing — we never want to place someone into a lease they can't sustain. If you don't have income yet, dial 211 to reach your local housing crisis line for emergency shelter, rapid re-housing, and employment programs, and come back to us as soon as income is in place.
